The 2021 Riesling combines intense and perfect fruit ripeness with unique mineral notes that combine slate and calcareous notes. On the palate, this is a rich, dense and intense, tight, powerful and very mineral dry Riesling of exceptional quality and length. In terms of concentration, warmth and ripeness, this could be held for an Austrian Riesling in blind tastings, and in terms of purity and mineral tension, it could be German (Nahe, Traisen Bastei).
