The Bouchard Cedric (Roses de Jeanne) Blanc de Noirs Presle 2019 is the ninth and penultimate rendition of this cuvée, produced from a 0.25-hectare parcel that Bouchard planted with 10 different massal selections of Pinot Noir from Gevrey-Chambertin. Wafting from the glass with aromas of white peach, confit lemon, spring flowers and toasted nuts, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with a rich core of fruit, racy acids and a long, saline, licorice-inflected finish.
