Aged for one year on its lees, the 2015 Riesling displays a deep, refined and salty bouquet of bright Riesling fruit. Tight, fresh and piquant on the palate, this is a pure, dry and salty wine with firm grip, good tension and the filigreed finesse of a great Riesling. The finish is tight, intense and persistently salty. Highly stimulating. This Riesling has been fermented to dry since the 2013 vintage. "It has always been our goal, but you need a certain age of the vines to get Riesling dry," says Daniel Gantenbein. 92+/100 (02.2019) - Wine Advocate
