Shipping & Payment

Shipping:

The shipping is within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 500.- free. Otherwise, the shipping costs are CHF 15.-.

If you would like to receive the wines on a different date than the one specified during checkout, please contact us by email or call us at +41 79 297 97 91. In case of high temperatures, we recommend waiting with the shipment.

Orders over CHF 500.- will be shipped by the Swiss Post with Signature (signature confirmation) and orders over CHF 1'500.- will be shipped with Assurance (insurance coverage).

Collection:

​The wines can be collected in 5723 Teufenthal AG by prior arrangement. Please contact us.

International Shipping:

Shipping outside Switzerland must be arranged completely by the buyer. We do not provide export papers.

Payment: 

After reviewing your order, we will issue an invoice with a 7-day payment term. Your wines will be shipped promptly via Vinolog (Swiss Post) once payment has been received, and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
