Shipping
Shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is free for orders over CHF 500.-. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of CHF 15.- applies.​

If you wish to receive your order at a different time than indicated during checkout, please contact us by email or by phone at +41 79 297 97 91. During periods of high temperatures, we recommend postponing the shipment to help preserve the quality of the wines.

Orders with a value of CHF 500.- or more are shipped with signature required (Signature). For orders over CHF 1'500.-, shipping includes additional insurance coverage (Assurance).​

Pickup

All wines are ready for pickup within 2 business days and can be collected by appointment every Tuesday and Thursday at the Weinbörse in Dietikon.

International Shipping

International shipping is generally possible, but must be fully organized by the buyer. This includes both transport and the preparation of any customs and export documents through a suitable shipping or logistics company.​

Payment methods

After reviewing and confirming your order, payment can be made either in advance via QR payment slip or via TWINT. When paying with TWINT, payment on invoice within 30 days is also optionally available.

We deliberately do not offer credit cards or other payment providers in order to save on fees and pass these savings on to you through more attractive prices.
