By using the Selection Bardoscia website, you give your express consent to the following provisions:

Selection Bardoscia is financially and legally independent and follows the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the European GDPR when collecting and processing personal data.

Purposeful and proportionate

Selection Bardoscia collects and processes data exclusively for its own purposes to provide free and chargeable services and to improve the offers. Data is protected by appropriate measures during transmission (e.g. using SSL encryption) and storage. Personal data is processed in accordance with legal requirements.

Your privacy is important to us. To ensure that you remain in control of your personal data, we only collect and process it in accordance with the applicable data protection law and do everything we can to protect your personal data.

Your personal data at Selection Bardoscia

Our use of your personal data at Selection Bardoscia

We use your personal data primarily to recommend our products and services to you, to process your orders and to fulfill our legal obligations, in particular our accounting obligations. We also use your personal data to further develop our products and services, for security measures (IT -, building and communication security) and, if you have given us permission, for sending our publications and other information. Analysis of website usage

The visits to our website are evaluated using Google Analytics and cookies for the purpose of improving the offer. An order processing contract has been concluded with Google. The data is anonymised and not collected on a personal basis. You can generally disable Google Analytics using a browser add-on.

Transmission of sensitive data

If you send us data, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data for the stated purpose. Unless otherwise stated, this data will be stored in the form of an email. If you submit personal information to us online, we will assume that you consent to being responded to via the same or a more secure communication channel. Provide us with sensitive data such as usernames and passwords via separate communication channels.


By registering for the newsletter, you expressly agree that we can send you information and statistically evaluate access independently of persons. You can revoke your consent at any time using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by e-mail.


Third-party providers such as Google, Facebook and YouTube use cookies to provide other services related to website and internet use (e.g. advertisements) based on previous visits to this or other websites. You can delete cookies in your browser or completely deactivate the use of cookies in the browser.

Social Plugins

We do not use any social plugins directly integrated by the provider. You use our social media appearances in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the social media providers.


Please note that e-mails may not be transmitted in encrypted form throughout for technological reasons. At best, e-mails can be viewed and manipulated by third parties during transmission, and they can also be filtered as spam and lost. Business correspondence and documents are stored for 10 years in accordance with statutory provisions.

Data Privacy Shield

Selection Bardosc may use software from companies that are subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield or a corresponding agreement.


You have a right to free information about your stored data and, if necessary, a right to correction or deletion of this data.
