General Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions are the basis for a fair customer relationship and regulate the contract terms for online orders. We will do everything in our power to serve our customers to their complete satisfaction.
2. Conclusion of contract
The customer's order is considered a proposal for a contract. The contract is only concluded with our definitive order confirmation. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions from Selection Bardoscia.
3. Offer and Prices
The prices stated are inclusive of VAT in CHF per unit, excl. shipping and handling charges. Changes in selection, vintage, prices, and conditions may be made at any time without prior notice. Availability of wines as well as correction of typing errors and obvious mistakes are reserved.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, or prepayment via QR deposit slip. Credit and debit card data is transmitted securely using SSL encryption.
5. Shipping
Deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are free of charge for orders over CHF 500.-, otherwise shipping costs of CHF 15.- apply. Orders over CHF 500.- are shipped with Signature, and orders over CHF 1'500.– additionally with Assurance. If a delivery cannot be made, the carrier or post office will leave a notification or collection card. The order can then be picked up at the nearest post office or, depending on the circumstances, a second delivery can be arranged at a suitable time. If the delivery is not picked up within the specified time or a second delivery cannot be made, the shipment will be returned to Selection Bardoscia at the buyer's expense. A second delivery is subject to a fee. If it is damaged or broken, do not accept the shipment and have it returned by the transport company. Otherwise, please check the delivery for accuracy, completeness and intactness upon receipt and inform us of any objections within 3 days of receipt. Otherwise, the delivery is considered approved. The goods travel at the customer’s risk.
6. Personal delivery
On request and depending on the delivery location, we can deliver the wines to your home or store. Please contact us.
7. International Shipping
International shipping is generally possible, but must be fully organized by the buyer. This includes both transport and the preparation of any customs and export documents through a suitable shipping or logistics company. The goods travel at the customer’s risk.
8. Return policy / Warranty
If you are not satisfied with a wine, you can return the remaining unopened bottles within 3 months of receipt and exchange them for another wine. The following conditions apply: unopened bottles, undamaged labels, and proper storage. Shipping costs cannot be covered by us. Should there be defects such as "corked wines", we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot offer a replacement. Returns without prior notification and without our approval will not be accepted.
9. Legal provisions
Selection Bardoscia does not sell alcohol to minors under 18 years of age. The customer confirms the accuracy of their information and their eligibility to purchase with their order on www.selection-b.ch. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Teufenthal AG.
10. Content of linked pages
All websites linked to www.selection-b.ch have been checked for content and form before linking. Although we regularly visit the linked pages, we cannot exclude that content may be published that is not directly related to our product range. We distance ourselves from all abusive content and do not assume responsibility for the suitability or content of linked pages.
