The Valpantena Valpolicella Ripasso "Torre del Falasco" is a classic red wine that combines the best of both worlds. It comes from the renowned Valpolicella region in northern Italy and is produced using the unique Ripasso method. In this process, the young Valpolicella is fermented a second time on the lees of the famous Amarone. The result is a wine that combines the freshness of a Valpolicella with the complexity, structure, and richness of an Amarone.


In the glass, the Valpolicella Ripasso shows an intense ruby-red color. The bouquet is dense and multilayered, dominated by aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, blended with warm spice notes of clove, cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is powerful, full-bodied, and yet soft, with elegant, ripe tannins and a harmonious, long-lasting finish.
