The Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore "Torre del Falasco" is the premium expression of the classic Ripasso from Valpantena, embodying the best of the historic vineyards in the Valpantena Valley. The “Superiore” designation ensures higher quality, achieved through lower yields and stricter grape selection. This wine is aged longer and must reach a higher alcohol level, giving it additional structure and richness.


The special Ripasso method gives the wine its distinctive character: the young Valpolicella is fermented a second time on the Amarone pomace. This process imparts the powerful aromas and complexity of Amarone without its heaviness. Aging in Slavonian oak barrels completes the profile, ensuring perfect balance.


The Valpantena Ripasso Superiore is a complex, powerful red wine with intense aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and spices.
