The Ronco dei Tassi - Pinot Bianco Collezione di Famiglia 2019 is a Pinot Bianco with history and character, originating from the Collio since the 19th century. The vines grow on the high, southeast-facing slopes of Monte Quarin in Cormòns, rooted in Eocene marl soils and nourished by the gentle Adriatic climate.


In the glass, it shows an intense straw-yellow color. The nose reveals a layered, elegant bouquet of white peach, pear, and apple, complemented by hints of quince jelly, white blossoms, and delicate flinty minerality.


On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, with a harmonious balance of fruit, spice, and saline freshness. A long, aromatic finish reflects its maturity and depth.
