This special Malvasia from old vines (over 70 years old) represents a true piece of family history – powerful, elegant, and deeply rooted in the Collio region. The vines grow on the best southeast-facing slopes of Monte Quarin, on mineral-rich marl and sandstone soils influenced by the nearby sea.


In the glass, the Ronco dei Tassi - Malvasia Collezione di Famiglia 2019 shines in a brilliant golden yellow. On the nose, it offers a delicate, slightly aromatic bouquet with floral notes, ripe apricot, and white peach, accompanied by subtle hints of spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as a touch of candied fruit. On the palate, the Malvasia is intense, juicy, and complex – with great length and a salty minerality on the finish. A characterful white wine with substance, structure, and elegant depth.
