The Ronco dei Tassi Madame Sauvignon 2020 is a Sauvignon Blanc with character and depth, impressively reflecting the terroir of Collio. The grapes come from vines over 40 years old, planted on the cool, east-facing slopes of Monte Quarin near Cormòns, surrounded by forests and refreshed by the nearby sea.


In the glass, the Madame Sauvignon shows a brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it unfolds a complex array of aromas: ripe tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit meet white peaches, complemented by delicate herbal notes of sage and floral hints of elderflower. On the palate, it is balanced and lively. A juicy, dry Sauvignon Blanc with fine freshness and a saline minerality. The finish is long, elegant, and reminiscent of its aromatic origin.
