In the glass, the Milazzo Nature shows a bright, crystalline yellow with greenish reflections. The bubbles are fine, lively, and persistent. On the nose, aromas of green apple and pear dominate, complemented by vegetal herbal notes and a subtle hint of bread crust. On the palate, the wine is saline, direct, and citrus-fresh, with a muscular yet harmonious body – uncompromisingly dry and strikingly clear.
