The Milazzo - D.Zero Rosé Pas Dosé is the estate’s first rosé sparkling wine without dosage - an uncompromising Metodo Classico that expresses the character of its terroir in pure form. The cuvée is based on an exciting combination of Inzolia Rosa, an old Nero d’Avola clone from the hills of Campobello di Licata, and aromatically fresh Chardonnay.

In the glass, the D.Zero Pas Dosé Rosé appears in a delicate pink with straw-golden reflections, fine bubbles, and a persistent mousse. On the nose, it reveals subtle notes of red berries, candied citrus fruits, and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, it is crisp, fresh, and lively, with a slightly bitter, elegant finish - uncompromisingly dry, pure, and surprisingly complex.
