The Milazzo – Classico Brut is the result of decades-long pursuit of the perfect harmony between grape variety and terroir. Reimagined each year, this sparkling wine expresses the full diversity of the Campobello di Licata region. It is based on the historic cuvée style of the estate, blending Inzolia and Chardonnay, two varieties that complement each other perfectly on the calcareous, variably textured soils of the Terre della Baronia.


The grapes come from a unique mosaic of six Contrade, encompassing around 50 microclimatically distinct parcels. The Mediterranean climate, mild winters, hot summers, and constant breezes ensure complete physiological ripeness while preserving freshness and aromatic precision. The Milazzo Classico is a tribute to the authenticity of the region and the elegant style of the estate.


In the glass, the Milazzo Classico shows a pale straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The fine perlage forms a delicate, persistent crown. On the nose, fresh green citrus notes dominate – bright, lively, and promising. On the palate, it is juicy, saline, and refreshingly crisp – an approachable yet elegant Metodo Classico with regional character and excellent structure.
