The Valpantena Amarone della Valpolicella "Torre del Falasco" comes from the hills of the Valpantena Valley, a unique subzone renowned for wines of exceptional elegance and freshness.
Its character is shaped by the traditional appassimento method: after harvest, the Corvina and Rondinella grapes are dried on well-ventilated racks for several months, losing about 30% of their weight. This concentrates sugars, acids, and flavors. After gentle pressing, the wine matures for up to 36 months in oak barrels, developing remarkable complexity and depth.
On the palate, the Valpantena Torre del Falasco Amarone is powerful and complex, with intense aromas of dried figs, raisins, and cherries. Classic spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and tobacco add further depth. Full-bodied and velvety, it balances sweetness and tannins harmoniously, finishing long and elegant. This Amarone is an ideal match for hearty meats, game, or aged cheeses—a true masterpiece of the Valpolicella region.
