This Parmigiano Reggiano is made exclusively from the milk of the Vacca Bianca di Modena, a rare, indigenous cattle breed from Emilia-Romagna. As a Slow Food Presidio product, it represents the protection of traditional production methods and the preservation of unique flavor diversity.


The Santa Rita – Organic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, aged 22–24 months, impresses with a harmonious balance of sweet and salty flavors. On the palate, delicate notes of milk and yogurt unfold, accompanied by hints of melted butter and fruity nuances such as banana and pineapple. Its characteristic crumbly, granular texture makes this cheese a special culinary experience.


This aging is ideal for hearty main courses—perfect with carpaccio (meat or fish) or tender roast beef. It also works beautifully in fresh salads or with crisp vegetables, especially when enhanced with a drizzle of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
