The Sanguineto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2019 is an expressive, traditionally vinified Vino Nobile, based mainly on Prugnolo Gentile (a local Sangiovese clone), complemented by Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo.


It shows a deep, vibrant ruby red color with subtle garnet reflections – clear and dense in the glass. The bouquet is layered and elegant, with intense aromas of ripe cherries, forest berries, violets, and a hint of tobacco and leather. Subtle spice and mineral notes add depth.


On the palate, the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is dry, balanced, and powerful, with silky tannins and fresh acidity. The fruit is present but finely integrated. Flavors of sour cherry, Mediterranean herbs, and a delicate touch of oak define its profile. Long and harmonious, with an elegant, slightly balsamic finish.
