The Milazzo – Maria Costanza Riserva Bianco is the result of an extensive journey of research and experimentation, merging the historical strengths of the estate with new influences. Building on the classic Inzolia and Chardonnay blend, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc now complete the composition—two international varieties that express a distinct, territorial character in Sicily’s calcareous soils and unique microclimate.


In the glass, the Riserva Bianco shines in a bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is intense, layered, and finely nuanced: floral notes of yellow blossoms, chamomile, and wild herbs mingle with citrus, tropical fruit, honey, and Mediterranean herbs. Subtle hints of vanilla, flint, and elegant maturity complete the bouquet.


On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, structured, and silky. Precisely integrated acidity and remarkable saline minerality give it freshness and depth. The finish is long and expressive, revealing a white wine of exceptional complexity and outstanding aging potential.
