The Maffini Kràtos 2023 is an organic Fiano from the hills near the ancient ruins of Paestum. It undergoes only a short maturation in stainless steel tanks and presents a captivating bouquet of smoky nuances, exotic fruits, musky notes of dried apricots, lime zest, crushed stones, and sea salt. On the palate, it is both energetic and soft, characterized by lively citrus notes and mineral freshness, beautifully balanced by a core of ripe yellow apples. The finish is fresh and powerful, with hints of lemon oil, peach, and a floral finale.
