Rive di Formeniga is one of the 43 “Rive” vineyards that highlight the diverse expressions of terroir in the region. In the local dialect, “Rive” refers to vineyards situated on steep slopes. The Glera grapes used for Prosecco Superiore labeled “Rive” come from selected vineyards where yields per hectare are deliberately kept low. Harvesting is done 100% by hand to ensure the highest quality. The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG "Springo Blue" is produced in the municipality of Vittorio Veneto, in the Formeniga district.
The Le Manzane - Springo Blue (Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG) shows a pale straw color and immediately reveals aromas of apple, lily of the valley, sage, and thyme, with nuances of lime, orange, and a mineral hint of pumice. On the palate, the Prosecco offers fine bubbles, is dry (residual sugar 2–4 g/L), with lively freshness and pronounced acidity, accompanied by fruity notes and a creamy texture. The wine has a vertical structure and a long, persistent finish.
