The 2016 Chardonnay Unique is deep and noble on the Burgundian (Meursault) nose: perfectly ripe and very intense, with a deep mineral expression that gives a coolish and crystalline character. On the palate, this is a tight, fresh and compact Chardonnay with a firm structure and very long, crystalline and stimulating salty finish.
