The Corte Aura Franciacorta Brut presents itself in a straw-yellow hue with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it unfolds a floral and subtly fruity bouquet. Particularly noteworthy is the characteristic bread aroma, developed through aging on the lees. On the palate, the wine is harmonious, with a fine, elegant, and enduring mousse. The bouquet reveals the typical notes of bottle fermentation, marked by hints of bread crust and yeast, complemented by delicate nuances of citrus fruits and dried fruits such as almonds, hazelnuts, and dried white figs. The taste is slightly saline, fresh, refined, and well balanced.
