The 2013 Barbaresco Albesani Santo Stefano is a very beautiful and complete wine. Here, the superior quality of the vintage manifests itself in a wine with myriad layers of nuance and complexity. Weightless and yet wonderfully expressive, the 2013 has so much going on. Spice, menthol, dried herb and licorice notes all meld together.
