The organic Brezza 2019 Barolo Cannubi pours from the bottle with dark concentration and extra richness. On the nose, you recognize cherry fruit, spice and fragrant tea leaf. It's amazing how different the denser 2019 vintage is from the warmer 2020 vintage. The wine starts off in stainless steel for eight months and moves over to large Slavonian oak casks for 24 months.
