The Brezza Barbera d'Alba Superiore 2022, a certified organic wine, displays dark fruit aromas that are more restrained compared to many other, often more opulent Barberas. Overall, the wine is lighter, fresher, and more vibrant, with an approachable, easy-drinking style that immediately appeals. It is aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and then spends an additional 12 months maturing in the bottle. The grapes come from a sunny plot in Barolo with southwest and west-facing exposure.
