Tasting notes
The golden wine's aroma is characterized by bitter pine honey, notes of melted wax, and mirabelle. The palate is simply silky, with an absolutely creamy and very fine mousse. The body is very lean, yet the flavors are immense and far-reaching. They unleash a sea of umami flavors, such as nori seaweed, dashi broth, more wax, and that bitter pine honey note.
