Gantenbein's 2007 Pinot Noir is beautifully intense and fruity on the crystalline and refined nose where potted and cooked wild strawberries are displayed. This is a perfectly matured Pinot, and I can hardly resist swallowing my tasting pour. This is a beautifully refined and balanced, silky-textured and crystalline Pinot with great intensity, very fine tannins and a very long and growing finish. Folks, this is a beauty: ripe, elegant and refined but also dramatic and firm. A great wine indeed. 95/100 (02.2019) - Wine Advocate
