Tasted from the tank that is ready to be bottled in late March or early April, the 2021 Pinot Noir Passion offers a pure, fresh, intense and elegant nose of red cherries and wild dark berries as well as peppery/savory notes. Clear, fresh and juicy on the palate, this is a medium-weight, charmingly round and juicy Pinot with spicy tannins and astringent acidity.
